Designed to spark your child's creativity, this is a hands-on adventure into the world of craft chocolate, under the guidance of our expert chocolatiers.

The Syllabus

An introduction to the world of Craft Chocolate and the science of tempering.
How to make and decorate Chocolate Clusters and Cake Pops.
Craft and personalize a Chocolate Piñata, filled with clusters and pops inside

The Timetable:

10:30 AM: arrive at the Karkhana and meet fellow chocolate enthusiasts.

10:45 AM: Learn all about the exciting world of chocolate from our experts at the Manam Classroom - the different types of chocolate, the science of tempering, and essential tips for working with chocolate. Tasting Time! Sample three different kinds of chocolate - Manam Creamy White, 43% Malt Milk, 60% Dark - discover their unique flavours and learn how to identify and differentiate between them.

11:00 AM: Craft chocolate clusters with a selection of fruit and nut inclusions, decorate them and allow them to set. Meanwhile, make cake pops, pairing unique cake and chocolate flavours. Finally, learn how to craft chocolate shells. Once everything's set, assemble the masterpiece by placing the clusters and cake pops inside the chocolate shells. Paint the shells with naturally coloured chocolate and seal them together, creating a Chocolate Piñata filled with treats.

12:25 PM: Learn how to maintain temperature and pack couverture chocolate properly for travel. Once your creations are set, take home your handcrafted Chocolate Pinata, ready to be cracked open!
