A fun summer workshop that introduces your child to the art of chocolatiering through layered dessert-making. Guided by our chocolatiers, they’ll learn to prepare smooth milk chocolate fillings and transform them into layered verrines—combining cake, brownie, ganache, mousse, and their choice of fillings.
To finish, they’ll create chocolate garnishes for their desserts and take home a pair of beautifully crafted verrines to share and show off.

The Syllabus

• Learn the differences between dark, milk and white chocolate
• Learn how to create a smooth milk chocolate ganache and mousse under the guidance of our chocolatiers.
• Assemble a pair of layered desserts with cake, brownie, mousse, ganache and lots of different fillings
• Create garnishes for their desserts and packed them up to take home
  

The Timetable

• 09:30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
• 09:45 AM: Learn how to create our signature chocolate ganache with a live demonstration
• 10:15 AM: Hand-crafting their own chocolate mousse and begin building their desserts, layer by layer
• 11:00 AM: Craft their own garnishes to decorate their desserts, and packing everything up to take home
