The perfect way to engage your child through the art of chocolatiering! This summer workshop introduces your child to chocolate tart-making—they’ll learn to cut and shape pastry dough, understand how smooth chocolate ganache is made, and build their own chocolate tarts from scratch. To finish, they’ll create personalised garnishes, assemble their tarts, and package them to take home and enjoy.

The Timetable

• 9:30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
• 9:45 AM: Learn how to properly cut, shape and line pastry dough into tart casings
• 10:15 AM: Understand how to create our signature chocolate ganache with a live demonstration
• 10:45 AM: Craft their own garnishes to decorate each tart just the way they like
• 11:00 AM:  Assemble their own chocolate tarts with a rich ganache filling and pack everything up to take home and enjoy.
