MAKE YOUR OWN CHOCOLATE BARKS & SANDWICH COOKIES-DELHI
The perfect way to engage your child through the art of chocolatiering!
This interactive workshop introduces your child to working with chocolate through hands-on creation. They’ll explore different chocolate styles and toppings and craft their own chocolate barks. Alongside this, they’ll decorate cookies with craft chocolate, and smush them together to create their own cookie sandwiches.
To complete the experience, they’ll package all their creations to take home and enjoy.

The Syllabus
- Supervised introduction to different chocolate styles and flavour pairings
- Create custom chocolate barks with a range of toppings and designs
- Decorate cookies with chocolate to create cookie sandwiches
- Pack their handmade chocolates and cookies to take home
The Timetable
- 9:30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
- 9:45 AM: Taste dark, milk and white chocolates, along with different toppings
- 10:15 AM: Create personalised chocolate barks with custom toppings
- 10:45 AM: Create sandwich cookies
- 11:00 AM: Garnish the cookies, then pack everything to take home
