A fun summer workshop that introduces your child to the art of chocolatiering through baking and hands-on dessert making. Guided by our chocolatiers, they’ll taste different chocolate styles, create their own chocolate clusters, and make rich chocolate fondant from scratch.
To complete the session, they’ll decorate and plate their fondants, finish their clusters with their choice of chocolate drizzle, and package everything to take home and enjoy.

 The Syllabus

• Learn the differences between dark, milk, and white chocolate through guided tasting
• Create chocolate clusters with a variety of inclusions
• Learn how chocolate fondant batter is prepared and baked
• Decorate and plate desserts with guidance from our chocolatiers
• Finish handmade clusters with a drizzle of chocolate and pack creations to take home

The Timetable

• 09:30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
• 09:45 AM: Chocolate tasting and making chocolate clusters
• 10:15 AM: Prepare chocolate fondant batter and begin baking
• 10:45 AM: Decorate dessert plates and taste freshly baked fondants
• 11:00 PM:  Finish clusters with a drizzle of chocolate and pack everything to take home
