KIDS’ WORKSHOP - MAKE YOUR OWN CAKE POPS & CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS - DELHI

A fun, hands-on way for your child to explore the art of chocolatiering. This summer workshop teaches your child how cake pops are shaped and finished, and how chocolate can be paired with different textures and inclusions.
They’ll prepare and roll their own cake pops, create chocolate clusters with a choice of fruity and nutty inclusions, and finish everything with enrobing and garnishing techniques before finally packaging their creations to take home and share.

The Syllabus
- Introduction to cake pops and rolling techniques
- Understand how ganache is made through a guided demonstration
- Prepare and shape cake pops
- Create chocolate clusters with a variety of inclusions
- Learn enrobing and garnishing techniques
- Pack their handmade creations to take home
The Timetable
- 10:30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
- 10:45 AM: Introduction to cake pops, rolling techniques, and a ganache-making demonstration
- 11:15 AM: Prepare and roll cake pops (6 per participant)
- 11:45 AM: Create chocolate clusters with a choice of inclusions (3 per participant)
- 12:00 PM: Enrobe cake pops, garnish and pack everything to take hom
