At Manam Chocolate, we’re beckoning the curious behind the counter with a guided tour of our chocolate production facility in the heart of Hyderabad.
Led by our chocolate experts, this 2 hour session is an exploration of the chocolate maker’s art, where you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the skill and dedication that goes into creating fine craft chocolate. From roasting through to the final tempering, you’ll touch, taste, and smell cacao at every stage on its journey. Our experts also give you a glimpse of how Indian cacao should be grown, harvested, and fermented to unlock its characteristically robust flavours.
Along the way, you’ll visit the kitchen, learning how our chefs turn velvety couverture into an endless array of desserts and confections. And every tour winds down with a sampling session, where you’ll delve deeper into the nuances of flavour, texture, and aroma, under the skilled guidance of our chocolatiers.

2. Avoid flip-flops (as the tour includes going inside the production areas)
3. Carry a hair-tie (as the tour includes going inside the production areas)
4. Be cautious of the machinery and do not make direct contact.
5. Avoid wearing any strong fragrance as it interferes with the natural fragrance of cacao and the chocolate.
6. Reach the location at least 10 minutes early so the tour can start on time.

PS: For a smoother experience, we ask that you inform us of any specific accessibility needs in advance. Each tour has a maximum capacity of 12 visitors and is ideally suited to persons over the age of 15.
