The perfect way to engage your child through the art of chocolatiering!
This interactive workshop introduces your child to working with chocolate through hands-on creation. They’ll explore different chocolate styles and toppings, craft their own chocolate barks, and learn how to shape, enrobe and garnish chocolate truffles.
To complete the experience, they’ll package all their creations to take home and enjoy.

The Syllabus
- Supervised introduction to different chocolate styles and flavour pairings
- Create custom chocolate barks with a range of toppings and designs

- Pack their handmade chocolates to take home
The Timetable
9 :30 AM: Arrive at Manam Chocolate and meet the other workshop participants
9 :45 AM: Taste dark, milk and white chocolates, along with different toppings
10 :15 AM: Create personalised chocolate barks with custom toppings
10 :45 AM: Work with their hands to shape ganache into truffles
11:00 PM: Garnish and enrobe truffles, then pack everything to take home
