Give your child a hands-on chocolate adventure at Manam Chocolate’s Karkhana! They’ll explore the world of craft chocolate, learning about tempering, flavour pairings, and essential techniques from our chocolatiers.
After tasting three unique chocolate couvertures—Creamy White, 45% Milk, and 60% Dark—they’ll experiment with fruit, nut, and cookie inclusions to create their own personalized chocolate slabs. While their creations are left to set, they’ll dip and decorate our housemade vanilla cookies with milk chocolate ganache and a selection of crunchy, chewy & crispy toppings. Finally, they’ll learn how to properly pack their handcrafted treats to take home, share, and savor.
