Treat your kids to a summer they'll never forget - a fun and educational Summer School hosted by Manam Chocolate.

 This workshop is designed to spark your child's creativity and love for chocolate. A hands-on adventure into the world of craft chocolate, under the guidance of our expert chocolatiers. Here, we introduce students to craft chocolate - they also pick up delicious new skills and craft personalised treats to take home!

 There will be a lot of happiness and learning. We can't wait to welcome them to our chocolate-filled world.

 The Syllabus 

●      Bake Shortbread Cookies from scratch

●      Make Shaped Chocolates in different fun ways

●      Garnish and decorate with piped chocolate designs

 The Timetable

 10:30 AM: Arrive at the Karkhana and meet fellow chocolate enthusiasts.

 10:45 AM: Learn all about the exciting world of chocolate from our experts at the Manam Classroom - the different types of chocolate, the science of tempering, and essential tips for working with chocolate.

 Tasting Time! Sample three different kinds of chocolate - Manam Creamy White, 43% Malt Milk, 60% Dark - discover their unique flavours and learn how to identify and differentiate between them.

 11:00 AM: Cookie Monsters: Whip up yummy cookie dough from scratch, unleash creativity by cutting and shaping the dough. While the cookies bake, move on to making shaped chocolates. Learn the art of piping fun designs with tempered chocolate and watch them transform as they crystallise. Once the baked cookies have cooled down, garnish and decorate with chocolate.

12:25 PM: Box of Delights: Learn how to maintain temperature and pack couverture chocolate properly for travel. Take home the handcrafted creations to be enjoyed, shared and shown off.
