Treat your kids to a summer they'll never forget - a fun and educational Summer School hosted by Manam Chocolate. 

This workshop is designed to spark your child's creativity and love for chocolate. A hands-on adventure into the world of craft chocolate, under the guidance of our expert chocolatiers. 

The Syllabus 

• Make a Single Origin Chocolate Inclusion Slab

• Craft unique chocolate Enrobed Cookies

• Garnish and decorate with your piped chocolate designs

The Timetable

10:30 AM: Arrive at the Karkhana and meet fellow chocolate enthusiasts.

10:45 AM: Learn all about the exciting world of chocolate from our experts at the Manam Classroom - the different types of chocolate, the science of tempering, and essential tips for working with chocolate.

Tasting Time! Sample three different kinds of chocolate - Manam Creamy White, 43% Malt Milk, 60% Dark - discover their unique flavours and learn how to identify and differentiate between them. 

10:55 AM: Experiment with different flavour pairings and learn key techniques to mix chocolate with fruit and nut inclusions such as cookie crumble, candied orange, fudge, toasted nuts and more. Pour, spread, frame the inclusions into delicious slabs and layer it again with the selected chocolate. Personalise the creation with a message for family and friends, skillfully piped in chocolate! While the masterpiece sets, enrobe homemade cookies with chocolate and creatively garnish and decorate with toppings.

12:25 PM: Box of Delights: Learn how to maintain temperature and pack couverture chocolate properly for travel. Take home the handcrafted creations to be enjoyed, shared and shown off.
